Thursday, February 16, was a very exciting day at Enhance Floors & More. The CEO and Board of Directors of Mohawk Industries (a five billion dollar Fortune 500 Company) was in session and wanted to visit their retail partners. Out of all the stores in Atlanta, Enhance Floors & More was one of two chosen to visit. Needless to say, we felt very honored to have been selected. Co-owner Elisabeth Stubbs, Design Consultants Wanda Hembree and Robin Vance, and Installation Manager Debra Hall were able to spend about thirty minutes with these esteemed visitors. We discussed Mohawk products and were asked our opinions of the state of the industry.
It was an once-in-a-lifetime experience for us and we were a little in awe that these business and industry experts were interested in our thoughts and ideas. The President of Mohawk Flooring later stated that "our Board of Directors . . . were very impressed with your commitment to customer service and your flooring expertise." Wow! Thank you, Mohawk Executives and Board of Directors, for taking the time to meet us and visit our showroom.
